2019 Ford Mustang RTR Limited Edition Release Date, Price, Redesign, & Spy Shots – The Series 1 is, in fact, a conversion kit, of which only 500 devices will be built by the two. It is meant to be used only on Mustang GT and EcoBoost which may have the Performance Pack 1 put in.
For the project, RTR managed the intense styling for the car, when Ford’s Performance division was given the job of producing a tunable suspension. RTR’s contribution results in 19×9.5-inch front and 19×10-inch rear wheel and tire package, spoiler with Gurney flap, and grill with lighting, body and aerodynamics deals. Signaling the fact that it is a limited edition is going to be fender badges, a serialized dash oral plaque and “graphics that indicate the car’s performance reasons,” as Ford affirms.
As for what Ford’s alterations to the tunable suspension are, the carmaker has not yet unveiled any specifics, aside for the fact that they’re designed for “twisty backroad driving, laying down lap times, drifting or blasting down a drag strip.”
“Ford is bringing a lot more Mustang magic to more consumers than ever before,” explained in a document Eric Cin, Ford director of vehicle personalization. “Vaughn is a wonderful companion, bringing a new flare for Mustang to younger viewers via drifting and other exciting performance motivated entertaining – we can’t hang on to see what he’ll do with this car.”
